As a Principal, you will continue to support across all areas of the school, overseeing and implementing the School Improvement plan, as well as helping to develop school leaders and staff ready for their next roles, to ensure the school retains the very best people.
You will be a highly effective communicator who operates with high integrity and is a positive role model for all. You will ensure a good level of communication with staff, pupils and local communities, working collaboratively to help pupils achieve excellence.
