Carry out inspections, routine maintenance, adjustment and Ancillary of all the Laundry Equipment according to Marriott International PM program
Carry out inspections, routine maintenance on Housing and Laundry Main Systems such as chiller, pumps, A/H/U,s etc.according to Marriott International PM Program.
Perform trouble shooting and rectification work on breakdowns of Laundry, Ancillary Equipment and Housing Main Systems.
Ensure fuel, water, softener salt and boiler water treatment chemical supplies are maintained for laundry and boilers and stock is reordered in adequate time frame using the department procedures.
Ensure spare parts are ordered in a timely manner and ordereing & delivery is followed up in line with department procedures,
Ensure coverage of shifts using Laundry Plumber & Electrician & that other associates are trained in the operation & maintenance of the equipments
Maintain all equipment & work area in a good clean condition.
Assist other associates in the department as required.
Maintain engineering spaces in clean, orderly and safe condition.
Record utility and equipmentreadings and any oher documentation required.
Assist in energy conversation program.
Comply with departmental and hotel SOP & LSOP.
Carryout all work safely and take all necessary precautions to protect himself and other associates and guests
Flexible to perform any other duties as requested by management.
