Required to join an international engineering consultancy working on large scale infrastructure projects across the Gulf region including Kuwait. They require a HR Generalist to join the team. Duties include
Ensure all HR operations, procedures, and policies are efficient and in compliance with legislation and best practices.
Responsible to ensure HR goals and objectives are met within established timelines.
Review and update HR Policies
Provide management team monthly reports on HR
Applicants should mee the following criteria
A degree in a relevant subject
Excellent experience on HR policies formation and implementation
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
Knowledge of Kuwait and UAE Labor Law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
