Quality Assurance Unit Head provides an objective, independent view of the level of quality and the execution of business procedures and is responsible for the establishment and management of quality systems process, conducting Quality Assurance audits, and the development and implementation of project quality plans. Quality Assurance Unit Head works cohesively with all internal departments to facilitate a wide range of regulatory and QA activities. He/she also be responsible for providing direction to staff pertaining to regulatory compliance and plays a consultative role to the CEO for strategic planning in terms of quality management.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage the Quality Management System and ensure evidence-based best practice approaches are incorporated into the quality assurance process within the company.
Facilitate the development of multi-disciplinary collaborative teams for ongoing Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement activities. Prepares and present reports on problem resolution, new concerns, and quality of services.
Consult, facilitate and participate in divisional-wide performance improvement activities (e.g., performance improvement projects, best practice, benchmarking).
Ensure delivery against QA department goals and objectives by meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance requirements.
Responsible for the management of quality assurance and performance improvement indicators related to company services issues and initiatives.
Provide QA input during design and development phases to ensure all requirements are properly documented.
