Guest Service Assistant/Receptionist,

We are looking for hotel receptionist:
* Shifts – Early, late shift, some bar shifts will also be required.
* Any days of the week including weekends or bank holidays, full flexibility required.
Immediate start.

Job description:
*Reception duties, including checking in and out of guests, answering telephone, making reservations and dealing with queries and enquiries.
*Cash handling including float counting and banking in compliance with brand standards.
*Communicate any changes to room status throughout the day with housekeeping.
*Completion of tasks as designated per shift.
*Coverage of shift as scheduled on the weekly roster.
*Serving drinks and food on the bar
*Have good knowledge of your local area

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 6 months experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry.
-Individual with the passion to deliver great customer service.
-Hotel experience will be an advantage
-Knowledge of Opera /Amadeus (formally Brilliant) PMS systems.
-Knowledge of any foreign languages
