HSE Superintendent

Job Description :
Ensures that all performed activities are compliance with COMPANY’s HSE regulations, policies, standards and the best practices, thereby assuring safety of all personnel, equipment and environment.

Duties :
Responsible for advising on all relevant aspects of HSE.
Must be fully committed to support personnel onsite.
Must be fully committed to develop and promoting HSE culture and tools. Performs routine HSE audits and inspections.
Supports and review risk assessments and monitor related risk reduction measures implementation.
Manages emergency situations.
Assures the correct implementation of PTW and SIMOPS coordination. Ensures environmental and waste management plan.
Provide HSE induction. Emergency drill execution.
Keeping Plant Superintendent informed of progress.

Experiences / Skills:
High Engineering/Technical Degree.
10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
5 years of HSE practical experience. Fluent English language.
Formal HSE training qualification (firefighting, lifting, working at height, confined spaces, etc.).
HSE Management System development, risk assessment, emergency planning, etc.
Working in a multicultural environment.
Preparation of coherent, structured reports.

HSE Supervisor
Job Description :
Supervises operations in order to assure that all prescribed HSE
procedures are fully adopted.

Duties:
Ensures strictly compliance with safety requirements.
Carries out safety inspections and controls safety equipment functionality. Manages emergency situations.
Reports all incidents/accidents and issues prompt reports.
Ensure emergency preparedness, including ready to go conditions of fire trucks, ambulance, etc.
Keeping HSE Coordinator informed of progress.

Experiences / Skills :
Secondary technical education with 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas
Industry.
3 years of experience in technical and management safety role. Accreditation in HSE codes and standards.
HSE Management System development, risk assessment, emergency planning, etc.
Fluent English language.
