Job Description

Manage all the related marketing campaigns, events.
Manage the development & implementation of the brand strategy.
Support the creation of all marketing collateral & Sales support tools.
Manage the marketing budget.
Ensuring the brand identity and positive brand image is kept in all communication with customers, brand partners and ambassadors throughout all departments
Actively develop, identify, plan and execute marketing strategies.
Actively lead social media content creation and social media related community initiatives.
Develop and maintain a contact database.
Biweekly reports on Marketing analysis.
Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff
Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; ; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit ; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.


Job Requirements

Experience as Marketing and Sales Executive of more than 5 years
Presentable
Experience in Account M
Understanding of sales performance metrics
BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Proficiency in digital marketing automation software.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
English fluency is a must
