Economics and business Specialist

BeSteam e learning company, looking for an energetic Executive Assistant to be the focal point for marketing, offering our services.
Part of your responsibilities will be:
- Prepare & organize the department’s events (Business Meetings, Communication).
- Responsible for creating a marketing plan.
- Consolidation & analysis of data
- Identifying new sales leads
- Following with the Creative department
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about advertising
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attending conferences, meetings, and events
The ideal candidate for this role holds:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics in Business Management (American, British, German) University
- Experience in sales.
- Leadership skills
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
