SMB Account Manager

Skills:
1. Identify and capture opportunities to grow business with existing and New SMB clients.
2. Have good experience of offering Business Networking Solutions and closing Deals.
3. Conduct market research and discussions to understand the state of the SMB Networking market and recognize the perfect moment to amplify business growth.
4. Manage sales activities of SMB partners to generate revenue.
5. Coordinate with SMB partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
6. Educate SMB partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
7. Communicates regularly with several clients to keep them updated about the state of their account. The focus of an account manager lies in creating and nurturing long-term relationships with these clients.
Experience: At least 2 years Business Networking Solutions related experience; Negotiation Skills; Relationship Development Skills.
Education: bachelor’s degree or higher.
Language: English, Arabic, Chinese (if know better).
Time efficiency with the ability to recognize prominent tasks.
An all-encompassing skill to supervise and perform several activities at the same time.
