Key Account Executive

Key Account Executive for a large supplies & distribution company located in Downtown.
1. Manage and grow existing and new accounts by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
2. Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing the market landscape and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective customer support, promptly responding to sales inquiries, and addressing any issues that may arise.
4. Prepare administrative documentation for tenders, formulate proposals, and present them to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client communications, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, HORECA , or a related role, preferably within FMCG Industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, and Arabic.‎
