Job Description
Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
Develop robust knowledge of all product services
Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues
Attend relevant trade shows and events
Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
Build PR programs and ensure their smooth running and progress.
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Plan and insure Press, Media, Radios, tv appearances
Participate in brainstorming sessions.
Assist the marketing team in all activities (production, campaigns, projects….).
Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of the different campaigns.
=> Others could possibly be linked to the position according to the needs of the team.

Qualifications

The Field Marketing and PR manager should be:
Comfortable with English
Creative and curious
Must be a confident communicator and presenter
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
Possess the ability to keep information confidential
Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
Strong ethic worker
Strong leadership and communication skills

Required education and experience
You have a university degree from a top school.
