Media Buyer - Job Opportunity

For a start up company for (electronics - Makeup - Corset), a Media Buyer is needed to join the current team.
He/She has to:
Create, manage, optimize direct response paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms such as email, display, social media, search
effectively optimize media buys utilizing direct response KPI metrics on a daily basis to ensure campaign profitability focused around CPAs, conversion rates and retention.
Analyze campaign data and develop tactics and strategies to continuously scale spend and improve conversion performance and efficiencies.
Collaborate/coordinate with cross-functional teams including content and creative team to craft new content for landing pages used for advertising campaigns.
Compiles and presents performance reports
Continuously researching and recommending new advertising venues, creative formats, and technologies, staying abreast of trends and recommending possible implementations for our clients.
Analyze performance data and provide interpretation and conclusions.
A/B test ad copy, images, videos, and funnels effectively to meet performance goals
Audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, and budgeting.
