Pricing & Logistics Coordinator:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing & Logistics Coordinator to join our freight forwarding team. We’re a close-knit, driven team that believes logistics works best when people actually enjoy working together. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience within a freight forwarding company and a solid understanding of international logistics pricing. This role is critical in supporting sales and operations by providing accurate, competitive, and timely quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue freight quotations for ocean, air, and inland shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and partners to obtain competitive rates.
• Analyze pricing structures, surcharges, and market trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Support the sales team with tailored pricing solutions and spot rates.
• Maintain and update rate databases and pricing records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations.
• Work closely with operations to align pricing with service capabilities.
• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare and review shipping documents and invoices
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines and airlines
• Monitor shipment milestones and resolve delays or issues
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in pricing or a similar role within a freight forwarding company.
• Strong knowledge of ocean and/or air freight pricing and local charges.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, trade lanes, and carrier contracts.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance and Sales to understand financial impacts and sales processes.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and advanced Excel skills.
