Job description:

- Providing information to customers.

- Monitoring sales performance.

- Closing sales deals.

- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.

- Updating customer details.

- Experience as a Telesales Representative.

Responsibilities:

- Doing cold calling.

- Generate leads from outbound calls.

- Contact all leads and convert them.

- Able to multitask.

- Keep tracking CRM and following up.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years’ experience in Telesales and Sales.

- Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs.

- English Speaker.

- Good team player.

- Good negotiation Skills.

*Online trading experience or stock trading is advantage for shortlisted.
