Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our exceptional team. The candidate must be capable of managing accounts and achieving the set goals for each account. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in developing customer relationships and improving customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts and meet their needs.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve account goals.
Analyze data and prepare monthly reports for clients.
Improve customer experience and develop sustainable relationships with them.
Regularly communicate with customers, provide technical support, and answer questions and inquiries.
Follow up on stores and arrange displays to ensure the proper presentation of products and maximize sales.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in account management.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure and multiple tasks.
