Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing 3D rendering for projects with brief from the Interior Designer The position is responsible for working closely with other members of the design team. Taking responsibility for the delivery 3D rendering for projects with brief from the Interior Designer.
Responsibilities:
Taking accurate brief from the design team to create impactful 3D renderings and visualisations for contracted projects per the client brief.
Collaborate with design staff to amplify the character of a space in an imaginative and compelling manner.
Demonstrate a passion for interior design visualization.
Work closely with the design team and help to import/light/texture and compose 3D scenes for and still renderings.
Should have an interest in interior design and a strong sense of visual storytelling, as well as the technical knowledge and computer skills to put together quality 3D renderings.
Will be the integral part of the core design team, to have the ability and confidence to speak up and share ideas.
Able to work closely with the team to meet programme schedule.
Responsibilities include other duties as assigned: including special tasks involved in responding during urgent work situation.

Qualifications Required:
Proactive and engaged and see possibilities
Preferably you have an architectural background
An excellent eye for detail, composition, light and imagery
Master storytelling through images and have experience developing concepts and designs using 3D modelling as a working tool as well as producing high-quality final 3D illustrations displaying different moods/atmospheres
Comfortable with working with competitions and deadlines, as part of a team and independently
Creative and interested in the interior and architectural projects and in exploring and developing design ideas together with the team
Excellent photoshop skills
Experience with 3ds Max and V-Ray
Degree in architecture or related technical subject
Strong technical skills and keen eye for detail
Solid background and experience in AutoCAD software
Strong organizing and coordination skills
Clear communication skills, verbal, written and oral
Able to work as an individual and to lead a team
Knowledge of construction, building design, practices and techniques would be preferable
Multitasking, assertive and quick leaner
Language Skills: Must have the full capability to read, analyze and interpret drawings and specifications. Therefore, fluency in the language is mandatory for this position.
Reasoning ability: Proactive to solve problems and ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
The candidate should also be self-innovative, creational and able to work under minimum level of supervision in a heavy workload environment. This will be beside a quality sense of defining technical problems and solutions.
